... then make sure you download the Pac12's app!!!!!!!!

I spent the $9.95 to upgrade to the Sports Entertainment Package with Comcast just for this month so I could get the Pac12 Network channel, knowing already that the feed would not be in HD. Then I had a thought the other day... would the "online" feed via Xfinity's website also be non-HD? If not, I could cast my home machine to my big screen tv. Well it, too was non-HD. So I was convinced that I was gonna be relegated to a non-HD feed. No biggie. First world problem. I'll deal.

Not so fast.

Somebody earlier today in a different thread mentioned that the Pac12 Network has a mobile app just like BTN has. So I downloaded it and signed in with my Comcast credentials, then I immediately went to the Pac12 Network channel, to their live feed and casted it from my phone to my big screen tv and boom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crystal clear HD. I "still" have my DVR set to record the game in case something goes wrong with my casting or my phone or whatever, but that's just an emergency backup. I will now be able to watch this game in the comfort of my own home on my big screen tv in HD. So stoked.

Gonna post this on the RT as well just in case this applies to anybody else.

Or as someone mentioned in another thread, if ya got Comcast and no Chrome Cast, but ya got a laptop, plug it into your big screen via HDMI. Same result.
