We jumped to #152 in Segarin.

Miami is a very good team. Corey and Jonathan will be returning to their home state so hopefully some family and friends will come to watch them. Issa played last year in Florida as well. Hopefully we can be competitive. We must get two wins though before we go to Florida. We cannot overlook any team on our schedule.

I've been pretty positive and enjoying the success

Lot of reality will set in with many of you with Seton Hall and Miami though
Just great. Good thing you don't play. With that approach why even play the game.:chairshot:

How long before we have to start thinking about extending Pike's contract to keep him here?

Yeah, we're now at #164 in kenpom... I guess they algorithm didn't like a 2 point win over the team ranked #331. Still, I'll take the win, and the lessons the team learned.

Edit: kenpom also has us listed at #345 for strength of schedule, though, too.

Through games of Dec. 3 2016 Sagarin ratings has Rutgers at #135 (73.18), right behind Georgia Tech at #134 (73.21). The nearest Big Ten team is Iowa at #124 (74.20) -- Sagarin has us beating them at the RAC by a bucket or two if January 31, 2016 was today. Central Connecticut is #319 (60.28). Translation ... predicts a 15 or 16 point victory if the Central Connecticut game is played at the RAC today.

Yes, as of today we would be favored by 17 over Central Ct., by 5 over Stony Brook after giving them 4 points for home court. We would be 13 over FDU, and Fordham would be favored by a point over us with 4 points for home court. If MSG is just considered a neutral game we should be picked by 3. SHU as of now should be favored over us 12. That is as of now for the OOC games.
