Where are the Jim Harbaugh haters? Very quiet the last 2 years.

I'm still here hating on Harbaugh.
Never thought or said he was a bad coach.
The guy is a nut and a creep whether his team is winning
There have been plenty on here saying he can't win. Isn't a good HC. Funny how they disappeared after they beat OSU last year.

Arguably, he never had a playoff QB until this year.

He peaked at Stanford when he had Andrew Luck.

In general, it's hard to win major bowl games without a "plus" QB who is a threat to create explosive plays in the passing game.

In before the “it wasn’t his fault, it’s our job to stop him” reply to this post.
Sure going for two when you are winning by 50 points. Someday we will beat them and i hope we stuff it up their ass

Its called tough love. Take it easy on folks, and they'll get to comfortable, sleeping in the basement

To be fair, Ohio State hasn't killed it in the playoff round much, either.

For one thing; Harbaugh allowed his team to mouth off about TCU before the game and show a lack of respect for an opponent. His arrogance permeates his team and it certainly motivated TCU, who was far more physical than Michigan anticipated. Maybe he’ll learn next year to keep his punk QB from proclaiming early victories.

Not a hater as I think he has done a good job these past two seasons. But, besides the whole idea of UM not being appropriately prepared to play that game, there were a few specific head scratching decisions his staff made (and his team executed even worse for a couple):

On first drive, besides not taking the easy FG, UM went for it on 4th down at the 2-yd line with whatever that play that was run would be called.

With 1st and goal inside the 1-yd line down 14-3, UM had a fumble after a handoff to what I’ve read was a LB playing situational RB. So much can be said about this.

After pulling within 3 in the 4th quarter, UM did a telegraphed and poorly executed all out blitz on a 3rd and 7 play that allowed a 76 yd TD.

Doesn’t mean it was all on Harbaugh and his staff (2 pick six along with the execution of some of those above plays).

This is one of those games that stick with those that care forever. Glad it wasn’t my team.

Sure they could lose to Purdue in the Big Ten Championship. I doubt that. However, they beat Ohio State 2 years in a row and today at OSU. He made Stanford a winner. Then SF 49ers then Michigan. The clowns that said he sucks as a head coach are lacking in football knowledge. All those bashing Harbaugh threads are still out there. Instead of digging them up get out in front and admit you were wrong.
I don’t understand this post. The more Harbaugh is successful the more I hate him. Like a rat, the more they take over the more I hate them. Where is the “being wrong” part?

Guy is a great coach. A much superior coach to Greg Schiano, that's for certain

It would be interesting to have them swap teams they coach and check the results after a couple of seasons.
It might tell us how much more superior Harbaugh is.
It’s easy to forget that Schiano at one point might have been a candidate for the Michigan head coaching spot.

One guy took Stanford to the orange bowl, San Francisco to a Super Bowl, Michigan to the College Playoffs, 2 years in a row. Just high success, everywhere he's been.

The other guy has been coaching 15 years, and his only notable year, was a 3rd place finish in the Big East

We don't need to see Greg coach the top 4 team, that Harbaugh built. We've seen Greg coach with a wealth of elite talent, and he wasn't good. Ask Ohio st fans if they miss Greg

Nah- the problem most had with JH was pajama parties in NJ and such.
He is a good coach but a bit of an AssHole. He finally broke his horrible problem of not beating who he really needed to beat. And he should have been able to do it much earlier with his resources. It shouldn’t have been a 6 year rebuild lol
Exactly as highlighted above. He was given everything he dreamed of. He took his team on a vacation to Italy (which somehow was not pay for play.. for Michigan).
Blown out the last 5 bowl games.
YES.. it really seemed to me like TCU out-prepared Michigan for that Bowl/Playoff game. And if that happened vs TCU and all those other bowl games.. maybe it happened in last year's playoff too. Totally prepared for the OSU game.. ill-prepared for post-season games.

bro, Greg is the king and to say otherwise is sacrilege to the cult

I’d love to see Harbaugh at Rutgers. A chance to seal his greatness. Or Saban? Or Smart? Or Brian Kelly? Comparing coaches at other programs with Rutgers coaches just doesn’t make any sense.
