Martin did not get into the game until we fell behind 21-0. He carried twice for 7 and 12 yards and than is removed again. I just don't get it. To me he is by far our best runner yet we just don't use him when he is available. Now it is 28-0 and he is back in but of course Resigno runs for 2 yards on first down. On second down we threw a backwards pass over Martin's head. The backwards pass was reversed so it is now 3rd and eight and Recigno ran for 1 yard. Three plays and again Martin doesn't even get a carry. This is really ugly so far.

He is our best running back and Ash agrees. The problem is he is still injured. Ash said he still isn't 100%. His work load is limited this game so he doesn't reinjury his hammy.
Ok let's work on the assumption that Martin is injured. I don't agree that Goodin is #2!
And where is Snead? Two or even god forbid 3 back sets.....whatever!
We're down by 35... how about something outside the box...cause what's in it STINKS!

It's not an assumption, it's fact. Goodwin is the next best and then Hicks/Sneed are about the same.
The results don't seem to support that.
And I don't think we can make assumptions about Sneed yet...he hasn't carried enough yet.
Goodwin trying to run east - west to play in space is just plain WRONG.
G'd it would be great to have a RR running North - South ....if we had the O Line from 10 years ago!
