Will RU Football Bring Out Carli Lloyd?

There was talk back in July of Rutgers definitely doing something for Carli. Shouldn't we have her out on the field (perhaps for the coin toss as some mentioned) for the Michigan State or OSU game since they are in primetime? Let the world know she is a proud RU alum and give us some good vibes.

As well as Todd Frazier from the Cincinnati Reds for Ohio State? Na... Makes too much sense like the Homecoming game that was anything but.

I honestly hope people don't think that the athletic department hasn't reached out to both Carli and Todd (and hadn't quite a long time ago)?? I mean, as in, 1st thing the next morning??? Carli and Todd are both professional athletes, with Carli's pro season just ending, while still touring with the national team. Todd's season? Baseball? Obviously just ended. So...Trust me on this one: if they were available, for any game this year to "honor" them, it would be done. Our athletic department was all over this guys and, if not during football season, I'm sure they have attempted to schedule both during hoops season.

Just want to remind people that TF posed for photos in Seaside with the Knight and cheerleaders (and fans) the day after the All-Star game. If he had no interest in supporting Rutgers then he could have VERY easily faded into the crowd and avoided the Rutgers "crew."

Frazier is Mr. Rutgers. He loves RU. He attends RU sporting events without any prodding, simply as a fan. I saw him at a wrestling match last season.

How to explain the absence of any homecoming feel for Kansas? As opposed to a November homecoming in miserable weather last year? We have not been doing Homecoming well.
