I think Iowa is just that bad.
Our team still sucks this year. No speed and lack of depth and talent. We were a better team last year. Flood just squandered it. We will be even worse next year.
2018 is when we'll start getting better provided Ash can recruit with shitty on field performance. Better coaching this year though.
