It has been one of those losing weekends other than a women's soccer win, X-Country second place finish, and women's golf in 2nd place in their tourney ... some games this afternoon ... hoping for an RU victory here against Georgetown and a field hockey win.

0--0 at the end, in 2 OT's. We gave up the middle of the field all afternoon. Lost far, far too many 50-50 balls. When we had a good scoring opportunity too much individual play when we had someone open IMO. Casey with a couple of outstanding saves, one right at the end in particular. On to Maryland at Yurcak this Sunday at 3:30 pm.

ho, I understand re: their quality of competition. Ours hasn't been top notch overall either.

Why can't we be happy about the tie? They beat us 2-0 in the NCAA's in a game which, IIRC, we couldn't even get shots off, right? Still undefeated!

Not unhappy with the tie. But not happy about how we played. Did you watch the game? I did.They out possessed us, out shot us 14-4[6-3 on goal], & out cornered us 11-2.
