Wow, the game's in the bag for the Chiefs

And you have folks in this thread claiming that the Eagles get every call too, even though it was pretty even last Sunday and they had plays overturned and called back (rightfully so). My brother-in-law was driving me nuts on Thanksgiving night complaining about Green Bay getting every call at home vs. the Dolphins. The truth is that the Dolphins were making boneheaded plays because they were freezing their balls off.

I find that when I'm at the RAC, as a fan, I let the emotion get the better of me and bitch about refs (improving a little there) but when I look at the replay, I realize they had the call right or at worst, it was borderline.
Well the Eagles are penalized less. They are 10th from the bottom in penalties this year. However if you listen to their fans, which I am forced to, you would think they are leading the league in penalties called. 🙄

RIP RU super fan Dave Rosenthal

If you have been a regular at the RAC or the Stadium within the past thirty years, you knew Dave even if you dont associate the name with the face. Former usher supervisor and then RAC and Stadium regular after he retired from that. This guy bled Scarlet. He talked to everybody. He was 64 years old and died of a heart attack on his way to work today. RIP Dave

10-9

The main re things change the more they stay the same. We are more interesting than last year and we have two talented nba draft picks, but the bottom line is we are finishing with roughly the same record as last year.
You are what your record says you are.In Rutgers case achieving a winning record will be a difficult accomplishment with so many games against tough competition.

Couple of Calls

I think it depends on which technical...the first one after the dunk was an obvious one.

The late dead ball contact foul where he got Ace Baldwin was a pretty borderline one I thought...looked worse than it was, and not any intent there as he was trying to turn upcourt and they collided. Thought it would stay as a common foul.
That late dead ball contact foul was a complete setup by Baldwin to dupe the refs, executed beautifully. If you watch the replay, he ran right up on Bailey's elbow and waited for the slightest contact... Then threw himself to the ground. Cagey veteran move that played the referee like a fiddle.

PSU had a few "caught the rookie napping" moments that drew a whistle in the game. One of the things you have to live with when playing so many freshmen.

We've heard this crap for years about the Cowboys. The conspiracy clowns (especially Eagles fans) never look for the real facts. In the last 4 seasons they have been 1st, 8th, 3rd and 3rd in penalties. But forget facts...
People just need excuses. Especially when they lose the bet lol!

Ranking Progress

A lot of chances to improve rankings this week.
Thanks again for the chart. I'm afraid Peterson won't have a chance at AA unless he can wrestle high level consistently. Olivieri has been progressing nicely and better than I expected. Andrew Clark has done well too. I hope SCW can win a few more ranked matches and elevate his rank. Harer hasn't gotten much recognition; he will need a few big wins to catch attention. This weekend will be a tough one for all.

Bailey in the PSU game

Flagg is Ace except he plays like a veteran and has more weight on him. Ace is almost too hyper active out there, going for blocks unnecessarily, the way he has to pitty pat his feet before he shoots free throws. He's getting more relaxed as the games go by though. Sucks that he won't be at Rutgers when he really puts it all together. Smh that's why some are upset and I get that. But that's why someone should have gotten Matt alocco and a veteran big to capitalize on the year you have with these two. But yeah free throws will get better as well as drives to the basket, he gets better every game.
The “pitty pat” of his feet is new the last few games. Ace is a rhythm shooter. He was going through a rough stretch from the foul line. Appears to me is that he is trying to get a rhythm on the line. That’s the way I see it.
