Crappy timing, coming off a disappointing ending to the football season. The poor sucker who interrogated me for the project thought I was serious when I cited Schiano 2.0's dynamic offense as what most excited me about the football program, particularly the stellar QB play. I don't think he realized that I was playing him until I told him the favorite game I attended was the win over Princeton in 1869.

I also told him that anybody who pays $500 for the worthless package they are putting together would better serve Rutgers athletics by putting the money towards NIL.

Are the refs on an NIL deal from OHio State? How are they so lazy they don’t review a game winning buzzer beater? Somebody needs to be suspended over this, pathetic.

Next year, I will 100 % guarantee the rules will change to allow a last second basket made to be 100% reviewable to CONFIRM said play was good. Fouls, out of bounds, anything. Make it all reviewable. Make it right if it isn’t good. Keep it if it’s good. No brainer. It’s just obviously the thing to do, and no one will disagree, because NOBODY wants to lose on a bad or missed call.

What is coach doing? It was right I'm front of him. He said nothing to the refs to take a look? It was obvious. I saw he was out of bounds before he took the shot! The loss is on Pike!!

Interesting question

I think coming in to the season we wouldn't be shocked by this. The question I have is how much can we improve offensively to become passable OR are we going to have to win games 64-63.

Not sure why this hasn't been discussed but talk about a tale of two halves; If he has at least a pulse in the first half we win this game easily; He was beyond awful in the first half; 4 TO"s horrible 3 point shot and other shots and Key destroyed him in the first half; Key had 15/8 at the break; Easily cost us 10-15 points in the first half
Of course 2nd half was the good Cliff but like I said above if he has any kind of a first half we win going away

There are no more make-up calls to be had 😉

Meanwhile we have a coach (their coach) who says they PRACTICED that play....ILLEGAL RULE VIOLATION?
And they practiced that play? Maybe we should practice double dribbling, over and back, hacking 101, who knows what the refs
will enforce? And the B1G shows no spine it correcting a F' up. Interesting.

Last night was an absolutely devastating loss.
Fortunately for us we have Pike and staff, Paul, Caleb and Cliff (who had a dominating 2nd half)
A loss like that can ruin a season if you allow it.
Our core of experience and leadership will not allow us to get sideways over this loss and keep this ship moving steady and forward.
Turn up the music and keep the swag, there’s only one thing left to do “Win the whole F’n thing”

Everyone is talking Rutgers basketball today. Stories are prominent in most papers. I read the Field Of 68 daily and it is the lead story. Other than the RHJ shot,this never happens.On another note,OSU is not that good. They have 3 players and if the teams were combined,Rutgers would have 3 of the starters.

How will they rationalize the results?

I posted this on the ticket board, but it's a bit of a different scenario

Have a bunch of friends going and have tickets scattered between 306 and 315 and trying to get all tickets in the same section or at least close as possible.

315 is one section closer to mid court so that should be considered slightly better seats I suppose? Can give those up for 306

I'm willing to do pretty much any type of swap though that gets us as close as possible to each other

315 row K 4 seats
306 row L 2 seats
306 row J 5 seats

If anyone is willing to trade seats let me know 🙏
