I am laughing, and I am LOVING this!! We are crackheads for our team!! Not sure how many Rams fans watched, but my guess is it was predominantly us. A FB feed with an unspecified start time and AJ's mic not functioning properly. Winning feels good. Gonna be a rough stretch once conference play starts, and we have a tough one right before that this Friday at SHU, but I'll take it.

Unfortunately as I text this while waiting for my medium rare steak at Keens. There were what seemed to be about 300 RU fans at the actual game.

That's the sad part. Gotta get more of a presence in these neutral court games , especially in our region.

2 decades of awfulness is certainly the reason but as the team improves the fan support has to and should as well.

Sunday 1pm head to head with a Giants home game, and vs a non-rival like Fordham, I was not expecting a large RU contingent today.

I expect a lot more RU fans Friday night for the rivalry game vs SHU.

The Riot Squad needs to be at Friday's game.

Live internet feeds are another reason why attendance may be down. I don't know about today because I don't know my facebook account. I'm not sure about today but the internet feeds have gotten much better. Just recently watched a very high quality Jimmy Buffett concert not too long ago. Within the past year watched several Coachella feeds.
With a 17 inch screen it's like having a TV.

I said last week that there was a reason the game was "TBA" on SK.com. Unfortunately (with regard to hoops), we had a family event at 1 pm today, so I missed this game and the FB feed. Great to see we had another win and are 11-1. Would be sweet to beat SHU. Will be in Florida for that one.

Sometimes I really question my sanity the lengths I will go to watch or listen to a Rutgers football or basketball game. It's nice to see us Rutgers fans finally experience a start like this! I don't care who we are playing you beat who is on the court playing against you. We have beaten all the teams this year that we are supposed to beat so far and many of them without a problem. The only close ones being Hartford and stony brook. The future for both programs is very good. Pike was left a lot more than ash was left but both of the coaches are making very very very good progress on the recruiting trail. Next year with us returning all but one player on the court we should be a bubble team. The football team is 2 more year away from being very competitive. Our patience as Rutgers fans is soon to be rewarded!

Whoever said we would be outnumbered by the Fordham fans ... HAHAHAHA cmon who were you kidding .. we had at least 1000 fans there (think about the RAC - the two lower parts hold a little more than 1000 - MSG holds 18,000. The band was loud and rocking. Sad that no other students showed up. But we had a good audience, Fordham had their band and cheerleaders.

There was a time where the crowd did the RU chant and it was loud

My guess is you b*tched about your steak when they brought it out. You really are miserable.
Lol your hilarious steak was great as was the company. I highly recommend you visit this place next time your in the city.

There were plenty of Fordham fans watching on Facebook. They posted the link on their message board and had a running thread on the game.

Umm, college basketball has been readily available on zillions of cable TV channels for years and now Facebook live is responsible for nobody going to games?
