For the first time I really can’t predict. Any game we can win, any game we can lose. I’m not surprised by anything. The league is topsy turvey this year and we can be streaky good. 1 at a time !!

I'm still not certain about just what this team is. The fits and jerks of the offense and periods of what looks like great and then not so great play seem to be their most consistent attribute.

Before the season started, I was hoping this would finally be the year RU would finish .500 (15-15). I thought we'd be 8-4 heading into the new year. Sitting now at 7-5, getting to .500 looks like a tough road. I'm sticking with my hope, though. RU will play much better than expected the next 10 weeks, compiling an 8-10 record before the B1G tourney gets underway.

Home wins vs NW, Neb, Minn, Iowa, PSU. We seem to match up well with Purdue, so there might be a slight chance of stealing a road game at Mackey. PSU is another road win opportunity.
