Pike is a disaster. Bailey and Harper turning in all these 30 plus point games and we lose every one. Pike is clueless and it's unacceptable.

I dont think thats true. the Geo/ RHJ/ Miles/ Caleb were pretty hard nosed.
It's ok for them to stand behind the 3, just don't shoot from there. Add JMike to that group.
This is and has been the issue from Day 1 and why we are 10-9 ( along with Dylan’s illness for 3 games). The inconsistency and lack of clutch smart high IQ play from Acuff, Jeremiah , JMike , Jordan , PJ and Martini has impacted all the losses and definitely cost wins. Last night was the first night that Dylan struggled which coincided with his turning his ankle combined with the 230 center falling on top of his leg to boot . It cost us.
Otherwise Dylan and ACE have been outrageously good and have met the hype. ACE has grown tremendously defensively , rebounding , shot blocking , assisting and being a presence in the paint. His offensive efficiency is skyrocketing upward. He is also closing out better on shooters. He is at an elite level.
We have to get the pre flu Dylan back , who was playing at an elite level.
Pike has to ride his 2 studs and hope Lathan and Ogbole can get him 10-15 points , rebound the ball and play serviceable defense and Dylan Grant continues to make an 8 -12 point impact. Wishing any contributions come from the rest of the supporting cast is just wishful thinking but that is all we have with that crew.
A healthy Dylan makes everyone better. Martini can’t create his own shot - but if he has a look, he’s solid.
It is the supporting cast which has been putrid for all but a few games. Yes Pike has made some errors , not playing Grant sooner , some in game subs , not seizing momentum , but I also think he thought he would get positive contributions from Jeremiah , Jordan , JMike , PJ , Acuff and Martini and instead they have all let him and the team down . These are all close games they are losing , there for the taking almost every single one and they have only won 2, Notre Dame and Nebraska and lost 5 , Alabama , Texas A&M , Kennesaw State , Princeton and now Penn State . Plus no Dylan for Indiana and essentially for Wisconsin. He is not the disaster you claim. The supporting cast has been the disaster.
I will assume this a real question. Thibs is the NY Knicks coach who has earned a reputation for playing his starters too many minutes in the regular season.
Ok you don’t reward or even accept LOSING all of those close games especially when you lost Princeton and Keenshaw on your list. We are not playing for participation ribbons.
He thought he was going to get contributions from the D2 players he brought in or had? Umm, That’s all ob Pike! He thought wrong and missed on EVERY player he brought in or let stay from last year.
So In summary
Yes Pike has made some errors, not playing Grant sooner, some in game subs, not seizing momentum, AND not having another Power 5 D1 player on the team, and losing a ton of games he should be winning.
