That's cool. But wake me up when they offer a chance to win a free GT-R.

Interesting rules.

Publicity

By participating, all participants and winners grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

I can understand non-exclusive publicity. But exclusive? Doesn't that preclude you from entering any other contest which wants to publicize the winner? Doesn't that preclude you from any employment in which your name might be used in a press release?

Also, the name removal process seems onerous and slow, suggesting to me that I should expect to be hounded by sales calls if I participate.

Name Removal Notification System

If you would like your name removed from Sponsor's mailing list, hand print your name and physical address on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Opt-out Request" c/o Acme Motors, PO Box 200, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852 and your name will be removed within 60 days of the request.

"...in the Block R..."
Am I the only one who doesn't know what that means?
...or where it is?

It is sometimes referred to as Athlete's Glen. It is right in front of the Ticket Office closest to where the Scarlet Walk happens on Gameday. It is where the Corporate Sponsor Tents are. Can't miss it......

By law you have the right to opt out of future marketing and' by law, the rules have to state that. These are boiler plate type rules that accompany all giveaways that involve prizes of any value.

I recognize that. But usually opt-out instructions are easier and quicker. Really, hand print your name on a 3x5 paper, mail it, and wait 60 days?
