Guys need to be able to put the ball in the hole for an assist to be recorded. Freeman and Sanders have shown an uncommon willingness to look for a open man but guys need to catch it and score. The rest of the guys just aren't polished enough basketball players and try to get away with putting their heads down and driving to the rim.
Props to BK for continuing to take a leadership role. I really don't know how you do it.

meeting him at the Clemson game last year. Unfortunately, he's in an untenable situation - he's got to support the head coach in his position. I have no bad feelings for Jordan as I did Flood...provided he does the honorable thing and negotiate a buyout at the end of the year (barring a miraculous turnaround).

Words typed on a message board can make you lose your sanity? Beyond preposterous.
Difficult to tell sometimes who is joking, who is being sarcastic, and who is simply being a jerk.
I do know that in an extremely difficult environment, BK is the one reliably positive person concerning RU basketball. It's easy to be a critic. What's hard is to keep your chin up when people are constantly taking potshots at you.
I'll never get to a CC meeting, but I love reading about them on the board, and for that, thanks BK!

Had to take a few days and gather my thoughts after the GW loss.
First off, BK, please don't leave the basketball for the sake of knowledge of rutgers basketball lol. Without you, this board is probably dead...
Before this season started, I had posted that 13+ wins would show a glimpse of progress but I expected anywhere from 10-12 wins. Now that we are experiencing much of the same beatdowns from last season with a real lack of progress and a good shot at less than 10 wins has me thinking Hobbs will make a move sooner rather than later. If we found the money for Ash and buy out mostly all of Flood and Co., I am sure Hobbs will do the same for basketball (a sports he supposedly is very fond of).
We need to get a shovel in the ground for a renovation of the RAC and a practice facility. I hope to god that is #1 on Hobbs To-Do now that Ash is putting together his staff. We need to hear an announcement within the next sixth months, time for Hobbs to get it going. Otherwise we are going to continue to be the worst P5 team in the country. Plain and simple.

Lol, just have more important things in life at the moment. The players on this team aren't terrible, but they've yet to show they want to play with each other and be selfless. They could be a 10-15 win team if they did that. But no, lots of players with individual motives. Recruiting the wrong kids.Still support this team, but have to pay attention to other things at the moment.
Could happen, but monmouth is for sure tourny bound and have beat a lot of good teams this year.
