It's not like Flood died. I would assume Hamilton could call Flood on the phone anytime that he wants, and I presume that Flood would tell Hamilton that Ash is a great coach to play for.
It's Longa he needs to recruit. Longa had enough of Flood and is going to declare unless he's swayed by Ash. I hope he stays, because without Longa we have a talent hole at LB the size of a crater.

Longa needs to regain his speed without losing strength. I'd also think Ash can teach him some stuff. I'd hope he returns.
there is so much a player can learn on his own. players need a good coach to develop.
This would be a mistake. He would be taken real late ( 7th round like Jamison) if at all.
You might want to look at the rushing yards against from 2015 and 2014. I don't think any player on that D is untouchable.

What was up with Long at the end of the year. Was he playing through serious injury, or did he just lose his spirit? His play on the field looked a little tentative.
I think Longa would go way before the 7th. Besides his numbers, I can see him killing it at the combine or Pro day.
