They are kids man. If a grown man is tweeting a 17 year old because he didn't come to his school, that guy is a loser. I don't think by having a twitter they consent to being harassed by grown ass men.

Rutgers needs a safety. With Cioffi graduating Bell could have stepped right in. All of the other dbs that RU is recruiting are cornerbacks.
