No you need to control the narrative. Now! Every media outlet is reporting that 5 Rutgers players are roaming around NB like a gang beating up people and committing armed robbery.
We need to set the narrative that it was 1 current player that was arrested for home invasion. And honestly he deserves to be dismissed. I want him dismissed.

They've been arrested. So no players are roaming around. He's going to be dismissed. I get that. But not less than 24 hours before the game. The current players on the team will probably told what's going on, but I doubt Boggs will be booted today. Dailey wasn't kicked off until around 3-5 days later for something similar.

The media is going to report this stuff wrong regardless. They get nothing right. Boggs will be gone. He is jail on 500k bail. I think everyone knows he's gone. If the public wants to think 4 other players were involved in the home invasion, that's on the public. Flood has a game to coach. He's not going to be able to change what people think about 5 guys sitting in jail by releasing 1 player from the team. If Boggs gets released, everyone will still gossip tomorrow. Why? Because that's what happens. You can't worry about what 50k people are saying when you have a game to coach
