A friend in Lewes says there's about 6" on the ground now.
I liked the Bowl and Basket marinara. I try to skip cereal but have tried a few which were fine. To me cereal is an overpriced product.Bowl and Basket cereals are good as well as their pasta sauces. Reasonably priced and much better than Prego!
Sincerely,
A populist grocery shopper 😄
yeah the Pepperidge Farm Bread is divine...I go with the Oatmeal as go to or Sourdough...and yes I know bread is bad for you but I am not giving it up just like people dont give up alcohol, I maybe have 15 drinks total in a yearI found the ice cream to be the worst in comparison to name brands.
I only buy the Pepperidge Farms Sweet Hawaiian in terms of bread if I happen to buy bread. I try not to but sometimes it's on sale and I decide to feed my addiction.
Authorities starting to give a hard push on no to very minimal alcohol. Don't know where that is coming from, but definitely a change in the previous advice that 1-2 drinks a day is OK. Not judging, just repeating what I see. IMO bread is just as bad or worse than alcohol for those of us who are prone to insulin resistance and diabetes. For others, it is no problem. I avoid both, because too many carbohydrates, whatever the source, will make me fat and sick.yeah the Pepperidge Farm Bread is divine...I go with the Oatmeal as go to or Sourdough...and yes I know bread is bad for you but I am not giving it up just like people dont give up alcohol, I maybe have 15 drinks total in a year
I don't drink much, as I simply don't like the taste of any alcoholic drinks, but I couldn't live with bread/grains - love them and can't imagine not eating them.Authorities starting to give a hard push on no to very minimal alcohol. how much do you have thereThe back edge is quickly approaching the Philadelphia area. The Philly TV stations got far South Jersey and Delaware correct but kinda whiffed in Philly as they were going with the high end potential as their range.
About an inch in Center City. The official Philadelphia weather station is at the Airport and that should be comparable to Chester County's numbers.how much do you have there

As of noon, we're up to 0.8" as that last ~40 minutes was pretty good snowfall, but we're back to very light snow. Could maybe squeeze out another 0.2" to get to 1", but not sure. Still gorgeous, though, as per the pic, which also shows the two roads I mentioned above, one brined and one not.In a bit of a lull now with very light, fine, pixie dust flakes falling, but radar looks nice approaching us from the SW, so should pick up soon. We're up to 0.4" as of 10:50 am (2 hrs) and it's still 26F. And brining works by the way for light snows like this: the street we live on, which was brined, is just wet, but the street that feeds into it is 100% snow covered.
wow that is pretty weak, and looks like a bust given what was forecasted...although there is still snow down there at the momentAbout an inch in Center City. The official Philadelphia weather station is at the Airport and that should be comparable to Chester County's numbers.
We went to making all of our own breads and pastas and see a huge difference in how we feel after eating them.Authorities starting to give a hard push on no to very minimal alcohol. Good, my brother just moved there from Longmont, Colorado he can now feel right at home.A friend in Lewes says there's about 6" on the ground now.
Hey, I broke out the broom from the hallway closet for this one. The streak for that Arien's deluxe snowblower(I think it even has heated grips) remains unblemished. You should all be thanking me for the past two years on the worst purchase of my entire life. I will give you a loaf of white bread and a bottle of Jack Daniels for that snowblower and 2 dozen of your farm fresh eggs. Seems fair, considering the amount of cleaning I will have to do to that thing to get it started. 😜Hey, I broke out the broom from the hallway closet for this one. Some of us are cursing you, lol - although we did get that mesoscale Norlun Trough Deathband from Heaven last Feb for 11.25"...Hey, I broke out the broom from the hallway closet for this one. They closed schools for 1"?About an inch in Center City. The official Philadelphia weather station is at the Airport and that should be comparable to Chester County's numbers.
Lots of reports of 6-9" in Cape May and coastal Atlantic Counties and even more in central/southern DE. My sister's SO will be bummed, as he's from Milton DE, near Lewes and he loves snow, but they spend most of the winter in Vero Beach now.
I have no idea where that occurred, maybe High Point, but I can tell you that didn't happen in Howell. Some of us are cursing you, lol - although we did get that mesoscale Norlun Trough Deathband from Heaven last Feb for 11.25"...
This band has been very good the past 20 min and looks good for the next 15 min, so I'm certain we're going to get to at least 1".1.6" reported in Basking Ridge by a mod on 33andrain - surprised they have more than us in Metuchen, but it did look like they had better bands, which is always a bit of a crapshoot.
Back to moderate snow again and for the next 10-15 min I think - could be about it, but might get us to 1".
8-12" in a 20 mile wide band centered over our little snow globe in Metuchen. Biggest surprise snow I can recall other than maybe Jan-1987 (we were supposed to get 2-4" last Feb).I have no idea where that occurred, maybe High Point, but I can tell you that didn't happen in Howell.
Hey @Knight Shift / @knightfan7 what did we get during this storm? I remember one time using the front loader to back blade about 3" just to expose the bluestone in my road so the sun could melt it all. I think it was this one and I say "road because once you get beyond a football field in length, I no longer consider it a driveway. Plus, it pops up on google maps as a road, I've actually had people turn onto our property thinking it was.8-12" in a 20 mile wide band centered over our little snow globe in Metuchen. Not much. Unless I'm forgetting 1, the last big storm here I remember was Jan '22.Hey @Knight Shift / @knightfan7 what did we get during this storm?
