Hopefully, he knows his condition well enough and isn't just being overly optimistic. A healthy Carroo is absolutely essential to us having any chance at being competitive next week. The other thing that concerns me is Meyer finally realizing Barrett is a better QB than Jones in the 3Q of last night's game against PSU. Barrett destroyed us last year with his feet and his passing - I'd far rather be facing the much less dynamic Jones.
