This guy gets it on so many levels:

“He comes off very trustworthy and honest," Westerman said. "He’s been around programs that have succeeded and have been national champions. He brings a different level of understanding to where he may see different things they were doing at another school and he may be able to incorporate that at Rutgers."
"Everybody was excited about hearing the different ways they want to improve, not only the football part on the field but the lives of the guys on the team," Westerman said referring to the vibe at the fundraising event.
“It’s going to be a lot of fun to see this program continue to grow. We had one bad year. The move forward is going to be good."
“What I get out of him is he is fired up, which is great," Malast said. "I think he has a great vision of where he wants Rutgers to be. You can tell that. That’s something Coach Schiano was able to do well, and that’s why we were able to turn the program. I see a lot of that with Coach Ash.”
