Coaching makes a difference

just look at Florida and Michigan, they are not exceeding expectations they are blowing them away! The players from both teams haven't changed enough to say that its the players, hell, Florida barely had 5 offensive lineman in the spring and had to modify practices. Both of these coaches pulled together great staffs and started creating a culture of winning. It's time for Rutgers to do the same. And you don't need the big name, like Michigan did. McElwain, was at CSU when Florida snagged him. What Rutgers needs is a school and an AD that wants to make a difference.

Its amazing we nearly upset the number #4 team, and we had a great game plan....but I am sensing the game will unfortunately and I am not say rightfuly be rememebr and portrayed in the press as one play. Coaches have to be there every play, they are part of the game.

Here is how you pull together a great staff $$$$$$ & a little more $$$$$$ and we dont have that.
