After watching that game last night all I can say is WOW!!! And JR Smith who was doing the color just kept reinforcing that he is only 16 and still only a junior

I can't figure out an NBA comp to his game but that's a good thing. One thing I'll say if he comes here there will be no threads "who gets the ball down 1 last possession" haha. It will be him.

Not really, they were there but the crowd was way too large. There was a sprinkling of scarlet in the crowd, but nothing you would notice.

Wagner more of a John Wall extreme quickness athleticism type PG

I got a little bit of Trae Young vibes (minus Trae Young’s refusal to play defense). Really creative in how he attacks the basket and the shot where he pulled up from waaaaaaay behind the 3 point line was ridiculous

No real chants. They tried but it was more about the two high schools and not rutgers. There were plenty of rutgers fans rhere. Dylan is really good. Such a different player than Ron. He had 36 points and missed some shots. I thought him and Wagner were close as far as talent. Wagner might be a tad quicker. The difference was Camden had a few more players including a 7 foot center who i think is also headed to Kentucky. He was dominant on the glass and blocked a bunch of shots. The game got away from Bosco mid 3rd quarter.

Dylan paired with gavin griffiths would be scary good.

Finally got a chance to watch the Camden game. Very impressive. Dylan will go pro before his Junior year, no matter where he plays. Hopefully he does it here.

I don't watch a ton of NBA but looking at the highlights he kind of reminds me of Luka. Not the most athletic player but crafty well timed movements and a smooth shot more than make up for it.

DJ Wagner plays basketball like Tim Duncan at the guard position. Nothin fancy, very unselfish, and very team oriented. But don't let that fool you - into thinking he can't take over. Bc he's full of ability, with elite fundamentals. Dylan is a killer. He hasn't even put on the Harper weight yet. He'll be completely unstoppable when that happens.

I think fans need to prepare.. Duke is going to pull out all the tricks, and do everything they can to seal the deal on Dylan. And they get it done, just about everytime

You seem obsessed with Pike getting the top guys but your posts are not very complimentary of Pike. He just completed a very good 2023 class with a top 35 player on Griffiths , and now Baye an athletic wing shot blocker that has a handle and will likely be a 4 star soon. Plus Marcus the quick guard from Atlanta.
He then follows it up with a 2024 recruit , a top 90 kid who will go higher to start off 2024 and besides Dylan and Bailey , Pike is in on 4-5 other top 50-100 guys. I would not worry about Bailey’s timeline as if he wants to play with Dylan , Griffiths and the gang great but if not at least he is seriously considering us. Pike has moved his recruiting , his targets , to next level and we are about to get to next level. Enjoy it all. Give Pike credit.
