Spring Semester Begins Tuesday, January 17

- which recruits are lined up to start their college experience two weeks from now?
... see that Jamal Beaty and Micah Clark are planning on a January enrollment.
... also - Sam Vretman will enroll early
anybody else?

so, with 20 recruits at this point - and a ceiling of 25(?) ... and then a shift of these 3 ...3+? to count against the total for 2016? ... then there would be what? - as many as 8 - or more spots available ? or not .... a lot of moving parts here ...

I haven't seen anything about this. There was an article about him before Christmas and it wasn't mentioned.

Interesting..All linemen..I would like to see our linebackers in early They all may see a lot of playing time although Maddux and Jones, if he returns. may develop into players.

Knight I thought he was going to attempt to return..Is that official? In spite of that among our many necessary upgrades linebackers are paramount

He was a 5th Yr Sr. I never heard anything other than the injury was a career ender. Unless I missed something........

Jones is done.

Yes. Was by far our best LB when he got hurt. Probably could have received a Waiver however the high risk of future trauma ended his career. Real shame. Wish him the best.

There was an article some time back that mentioned the possibility. I think he was considering trying. I hope he doesn't. I'd rather he never suited up again rather than run the risk of a permanent spinal cord injury.
