And this is the problem with Rutgers fans. One guy tries to get us pumped up and rally around the team and two post later we get a group of people complaining about a flag, then slavery and then Flood. And these people are the hard core fans, oh boy it's never going to happen here at Rutgers..its not.

He, rather oddly, tried to get us to rally around NJ, not RU. I like the message but can't quite understand why the focus was on NJ, when clearly it's RU that unites the forum. Not everyone is from, lives in or otherwise associates with NJ.

I thought the same thing. Nothing says "unity" like hate and secession.

Maybe the guy's got a point. After all, New Jersey is the only state in the entire Union that voted against Abraham Lincoln, twice.
