He went to a JuCo for this year so he wouldn't have to deal with the transfer process. Took an official visit to Pittsburgh last weekend.

Many players change and develop as players. Different coaches get different results. Better programs than Rutgers have interest in Winfree.

Yes even then. He could technically come to Rutgers but he'd have to sit out another year. He can play right away at a non B1G school.
