Fiesta Bowl: Ash & Schiano as Co-DCs?

Schiano is already in Columbus working with the players (see Twitter). My guess is that Ash will be (if not already) thanked for his services and asked to leave.

I have never in my life seen a Tri-DC staff, Schiano, Ash, and Fickell?
"Excuse me sir, but can you let my HC go now???

Odd dynamic this "trinity" of DCs. If OSU's Meyer had any semblance of integrity, he'd tell Ash to enjoy the game from home.

Screw integrity. I want to see it. Three co-DC's at one game.

It's the last game of the year, Brent. You can't hold anything back.

Lol..funny that RU would be associated with such a thing. This coaching gene swap is like something in a comedy.
I have this image in my mind of the moving truck with Greg's things pulling up to his Ohio house and Flood is driving lol.

Is Fickell leaving as Rutgers DC?
That's a good question.
He's been with the Buckeye's since 2002 as an assistant and has been co-DC there since 2005 till now(I believe) except in 2011 when he became their HC after Tressel was forced out . Luke also played on the Buckeyes FB team while he attended OSU.
Meyer could be nudging him out and Ash thinks he can help, so Greg might be in and Luke to RU.
But I think OSU boosters will be up in arms if Fickell ( a loyal son) is forced out for Schiano and feel Greg is only going to be there one year then go for a P-5 HC job.
Money isn't why he's there, redemption and opportunity to advance is the reason while he's collecting his last year's pay from Tampa. ( ends Dec. of 2016)

So OSU has tri-DC, last year we had a DC that didn't seem to try.....

It is comically funny and a vindication for all those who thought Coach Ash should have been here 100% percent yesterday.

I can see it now:

"Chris, can you show Greg where the ice machine is." ; "Sure thing coach, I wouldn't have it any other way!"

"Chris, can you take Greg to the supply cabinet and get him a highlighter." ; "Sure thing boss, you know I'm 100% in this to the end!"

Maybe they can do rocks papers scissors on play calls
A rotation like we did with our running backs.

That way each are fresh and not fatigued. When the other team's offense gets tired we have a fresh rotation of Co-D coordinators.

Haha
