Today was a very good day for the Women's Team.

Led by 4 Under 68s from Leigha Devine and Nicole Ewing (who improved her Round 2 score by 10 strokes), Rutgers shot a team -8 climbing up 3 spots to a 5th Place finish. Lucrezia Rossettin carded a -1 and Rikki Nordvik a +2. Maeve Rossi, who after yesterday was in position to win the Championship, had a rough start with bogeys in 4 of her first 7 holes. She was able to turn it around with 4 birdies and 1 bogey on her final 9 to shoot +1. Devine (-4) finished T8 with Rossi (-3) T11 out of 78 golfers.

Rutgers came into the event with the lowest ranking in the 14 team field so they outdid 9 teams with a higher ranking including Penn State, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin and #36 College of Charleston.

1. #49 Nebraska..........-21
2. #24 Ohio State........-14
