Someone forwarded me an article about JJ Watt and some stack of Pro Muscle and 100% shredded and asked me if it was legit. Long gone are my days of either of those things occurring but I couldn't tell if it was a legit article or cleverly written ad. Anyone ever do this?

Like any other supplement, it seems to be some hit, some miss, and mostly placebo.

Hey, supplements work as a mental motivator, so I really don't mind their advertising.

Lol. I'm not buying that crap and I'm sure as hell not eating LoBro. I was just curios if anyone here had ever tried it.

Some of that stuff is nonsense. There is a lot of pseudo science.

If you want real advise, go see a real doctor and they can put you on a program without any side-effects or gimmicks and real results.

Most legal stuff does not work. Make sure you get enough protein and I take fish oil creatine and a pre work out. Most everything else is not necessary for the average guy.

This right here. Unless you want to go on a 'bicycle ride'...fish oil, creatine, plenty of protein daily and then maybe caffeine/pre-workout right before you lift is about all you can do supplementation-wise. I also take a good multi cuz my diet doesn't have the best variety. Anything else and you're likely wasting $$$.

Do you know how much education doctors get in medical school on the subject of nutrition? If you did you wouldnt go to one for detailed nutritional advice.
