We forced a ton of turnovers and still allowed 41 that half. Can't continue to let them shoot 55% and expect to keep up. Going to need a few 3's to go down this half.
Davis needs to sit. Martini ? Hayes better option

That’s the correct way to handle it. Can’t complain about the proper way to handle it and correct result.
He doesn't. The difference is this year he has a point guard who can get to the basket at will.
Pike needs to get them moving the ball around more in the second half. Make them burn a lot more energy on D.
They did that to us a bunch in the first half, and I’d argue that gives us an energy deficit. Gotta flip that around with good ball movement. Otherwise, they could wind up much fresher as we wear down towards the end of the game, or if it goes into OT.
But the RU energy and focus has been great tonight. Best intensity of the season. That was my biggest concern in earlier games, and the loss was the wake up call, especially to the younger guys.
I think they’re responding very well. This is a good sign, win or lose tonight.

Despite woeful 3pt shooting (1-8) and getting badly outrebounded (24-15), that was a great half. Team believes they can go punch for punch with Bama. Turnovers were a big difference
That was a great half and we are tied. Bama makes you play perfect to beat them. We need 20 mins more of the same.
They didn’t look like number 8, Rutgers was the better team in first half, just couldn’t hit enough shots otherwise would have a 6-8 point lead.
