people only look at the record but most who paid attention will tell you that Shea did great with the talent he had. His offense could move the ball and was well coached. Very little talent and always overmatched but if you gave Shea talent, he'd do well as an OC imho.
I watch a ton of cfb and Rutgers offense has to be the worst if not bottom 3 from the eye test

"Slow" 3 and out (still under 2 minutes) don't tire out the defense and is our preferred offensive style 😒
