Football GAMEDAY THREAD: Rutgers vs. Temple

just disapointing so far, but at least in the lead against a team that shouldn't have been such a challenge

They never beat anyone of consequence and they never will if that's his game philosophy. It's why he didn't beat WVU in 11 tries. Do you think eking out every point will ever beat Penn State/Michigan State let alone OSU or UM? Name me a team that wins at a high level with that kind of game plan. Why would you adopt a game philosophy that dooms you to mediocrity?
No I think you just have severely unrealistic expectations.

How many tries did it take Harbaugh to beat OSU. With all the resources they have a Michigan?

Rutgers offense needs to show how much they want to win this game. Go for it on 4th.

Wait, a fan ran on to the field, ran 40 yds, and no one here made any comments about it? Not even a "Hey, we could use him on our team"?

Vedral better start against Iowa or we are in serious trouble…

(Who would have thought we’d be begging for him back? Gleeson playing 4D chess…)

who the hell are these refs? Temple gets away with many holds but on a successful run for Simon we get a late holding call where the imaginary hold was downfield of where the play ended? They missed so many obvious calls but somehow see that away from the ball?

This will be an interesting decision. Typically this would be a no brained go for it on 4th and 1. But the temptation to kick a field goal to get this to a two possession game may seal this shit show of a game. Yet, the kicker is unreliable. What to do?
