I caught a small part of the Uconn game, and their passes and feeds looked the best I've ever seen....like NBA level passing.
Serious question, what does Geno do different coaching wise than everyone else? I refuse to believe that every recruit comes in already performing at that elite level. Sure they are mostly AA's, but he continues to develop those kids once they arrive and gets the best out of them.
What is his secret sauce?

A lot of things that get discussed ad nauseum on the BY. But in essence regarding what you noticed - he demands perfection in practice as well as in games, and recruits players that buy in 100% to the "there is no I in team" philosophy and his requirement of excellence. He has claimed that he expects the players to execute the proper play without even thinking about it, and they do. No lazy passes there.
