The Washington St. - #16 Oregon St game went to OT with Oregon St winning by a bucket 63-61. I still don’t think it was a terrible loss for RU.

WSU also beat Nebraska. Maybe they only play well against “most improved” teams! :flushed:

One of the UConners on their message board was at the game (I think he lives near Oregon State, and he does root for them). In any case, he said it was the worst game he has ever seen Oregon St play under Scott Rueck. FWIW.

We went to the Arizona game against Washington State last week. My take-away was that they played frenetic defense and shot a lot of 3's (although a lot of teams do against Arizona). In any case, they won, but that wasn't a surprise.

I also don't think it was a terrible loss for RU, but because of the losses Rutgers has suffered in conference, it is the "loss", rather than who we lost to, that is a bit painful.
