The Virginia Tech coach is the fellow that was at James Madison before, IIRC - whose name just escaped me. While he is supposed to be a great coach - how fast can you turn around a program in your first year?

Well Tennessee has been beaten twice but they continue to be ranked based on history. So this may not be as big an upset as it appears.
