Good looking prospects for us to pursue on LI LUHI Not sure if the highly touted post, Kate Koval has signed anywhere yet. They also have a frosh that looks like a future star, Savannah Swords. Junior PG Lauren Swann looks like a good one also.
McDonogh has a Md verbal commit, Ava McKennie, that's built like D. Miller and S. Sellers with the length.
Interesting note....Two of the schools that will play today in this HS National Championship final four are schools that our own, Kaylene Smikle, actually played for. IIRC, she started at LILUHI before going to Westtown in Pa. As evidenced, two top notch programs. So many national powerhouses right in our backyard when you throw in Vianny, Rutgers Prep, and the other Jersey powers. If Jersey's best schools entered this tourney, we'd likely have a team in this final four.
