I think this is a bad match-up for the Packers. All but one writer in the Daily News pick the Packers based on the Giants scoring issues. I see Beckham having a huge day against the Packers pass defense. On the other side I think the Giants have no problem stopping the Packers running game. The secondary and pass rush will neutralize Rodgers. Giants 24-20. And that's from an Eagles fan so you know that's not what I want to see. Then onto Dallas where I will take Manning over a rookie any day of the week.

Agree many of the matchups favor the Giants, but Rodgers just scares the hell out of me. If we can keep him contained in the pocket and limit his ability to extend a play, I think we have a good shot. Just don't let him run around.

Damn RUPete,:eek: That's one helluva positive prediction from you when it comes to the Giants. This is quite a surprise coming from an eagles fan. I guess you really do call them like you see them.[thumb2] I think the D can contain Rodgers passing game but our O is just so damn pitiful. Eli is going to have to be more accurate and of course limit his turnovers. Perkins needs to be the focal point of the running game, Jennings just doesn't have it, good pass catcher though. Then I think we have a shot.
