Yes nothing will happen to Michigan…these elite programs suffer no consequences. If state Penn can essentially survive the Sandusky creepiness…this is tantamount to taking too many mints from a complimentary dish at the front desk.

Michigan has already served their penalty for Connor Stallions' actions. Don't get your hopes up waiting for something additional.
The NCAA has declared that Jim Harbaugh will not be allowed to coach at a college level this year.
In the current environment, the NCAA can't even punish Cleveland State for this.
