Jayden James wins by TF (15-0)
Carson Walsh wins by MD (17-5)
Alessio Perentin wins by fall (0:54)
Jordan Chapman wins by TF (20-5)
Damian Weaver wins by MD (14-3)
Louis Cerchio wins by fall (1:11)
Harvey Ludington wins by fall (1:43)
Vincenzo LaValle wins by fall (0:21)

Finals might charge but the first few rounds should be free
The whole tournament should be free this year

"NJ.com has EXCLUSIVE live streaming of every mat, from the first whistle on Thursday at 1 p.m. through Saturday’s championship final bouts, free of charge."

Zaleski won his next round matchup by dec (4-1) and will face Luke Stanich in tomorrow's quarterfinal matchup

Henrich wins by dec (6-0) and will have a rematch against Drew Roskos who he beat in UTB in the regional finals last weekend. Roskos is a tremendous athlete and was the Boys NJ Soccer Player of the Year for 2022 & 2021 so he has a high motor and is very tough.

Do all these guys train SKWC or is there other connections or just guys were hopeful for

Vazquez was pre seeded 1. Sgambellone beat Vazquez. Nini beat Sgambellone. Alejandro beat Sgambellone. Reilley beat Alejandro.
Final Seed
1 Nini
2 Reilley
3 Alejandro
4 Sgambellone
5 Vazquez
Sgambellone loses to Canova from BC who is a freshman so now you have Nini and Vazquez, who are by far the best two at the weight on the same side of the bracket. Talk about terrible seeding especially since he has 10 losses on the year...

Combination of SKWC and guys who have a lot of connections to the program, have visited recently, etc.

The only one that is really a hopeful/shot in the dark guy is Ludington as I haven't heard much about him but hopefully we are going all out for him.

Why not include Dejesus on your list, state champ only a sophomore and has a Rutgers connection as Melde is his assistant coach

Easily could have but just overlooked him TBH. With that said heard he really wants to go Ivy so if that opportunity comes I dont think he passes it up. Would love to have him but seems very unlikely.

Did we ever find out what was going on when he randomly quit the sport last summer?

Zaleski loses in quarters to Stanich. Tough draw getting him 4/5 but it is what it is. Stanich will probably win the title now. Collins also lost.

Nini wins by MD (12-3) and will face the winner of Vazquez/Canova who are in OT right now

Wow, Vazquez wins on a false start (I believe) and a locked hands penalty in OT. He got 2 penalty points and an escape in OT and even though Canova got an escape he lost 4-3

Henrich beats Roskos 3-2 as he got the only takedown of the match and Wasilewski lost to DeBella

Zach Reilley lost as well so talk about a disaster in seeing 138

Man, Ludingston is a bad dude. I hope RU can land him. If him and Ruiz meet in the final, then we're in for a treat.

Two state champs and three former 2nd placers in that weight. Loaded bracket and I think Ludington is the best of them all

Definitely a mess but Giordano is a really good wrestler. He got manhandled by George in the SC finals but he’s now at the proper weight and I had a feeling he could make a run from his seed.

Would be a crazy Cinderella story if the 5 seed can win it all

here we go folks. state semi finals where kids lives change forever! Best round in high school wrestling in NJ.

St Joes ( Montvale ) with 6 in the semi's. LOOKING TO SEE THE GREEN KNIGHTS GO TO WORK !

Burton was seeded way too low. Knew he was going to make a run

Charles has a tough match vs Ford. DiBella has a tough match vs Conlin. Burton has a tough match vs Queen. Dellagatta does not have a easy match vs Uryniak. Something is off about Mullen lately. Has not looked the same. There is a small chance joes go 0-6 in these Semi's. BTW Delbarton is in first place

Tough loss for Jayden James but you have to wrestle for the entire 6 minutes and not try to stall your way to victory.

Yeah Knox is incredible. He is destroying DeJesus who is a former state champ himself.
