It's interesting how when both Schiano and Flood got the job, there seemed to be a little bit of randomness to how spots got filled. Ash has communicated and followed a plan like what you would expect to see from a CEO. His emphasis on the non-coaching staff is new for me. Hell, I didn't really even know who all we had and what they did. I think Ash is also going to make his staff available to the media. I think his story and style will not be all about him. If you look at how these guys worked in their past organizations, it seems many did extracurricular stuff, like videos and camps, in a more visible fashion. It still remains to be seen how this will go but I think he has the confidence and security, not only in his own ability, but in the ability in his staff to communicate their message and he will let them do so. This will help Rutgers develop an identity and a program which can stand on it's own beyond the inevitable changes that will always come at successful programs. wow.... this is different..and I hope I'm right
