I'm always amazed when folks don't mention southern NJ which includes a ton of alums (including RU-C ones that do root for RU-NB). Last I checked, Philly was the #4 DMA and we are a decent chunk of it.

I figured it out once.. the TV households in NJ.. if we were our own market instead of dividing between NYC and Philly... would be the number 5 TV market... I did not subtract the NJ numbers from Philly (which is number 4) but numbers 4-5-6-7 are Philly-DFW-SFO-DC.. so... yeah.. that explains Rutgers and Maryland fairly well. Big Ten.. meaning BTN and partner FoxSports.. is not dumb.

And the douche sparty guy who said that crap should know that humble pie is very fattening.. time to diet.. starting with reducing his ignorance.
