Here is a name, Ja’Juan Seider, co-offensive coordinator/running back coach at PSU. The guy is an awesome recruiter. Coming to Rutgers as OC would be a theoretical step-up, anyway it fits the premise of a college position coach who is still coaching.

We can only hope. However not sure Greg has the appeal for up and coming Coaching prospects.

Schiano will not be hiring an Offensive Coordinator. He will hire another defensive coach to act as co-DC, and just give all the position coaches on the offensive side of the ball a chance to call the plays for a few series. What worked so well for our QBs will be applied to the whole offense.

I heard it was going to be a NIL fundraiser. Each series will be based on donations. lol

Honestly if Nunzio runs an option offense with our solid RBs and Wimsatt, might not be awful. Remember the Johnny Offense we ran? Oh wait that was awful...

If Nunzio becomes our OC, then that means no one wants to work with Greg and it is time to start looking for a new head coach.

Would be a great hire. Florida guy and great recruiter. The one concern is never coached quarterbacks. In the past guys have usually moved on prior to the bowl game and I have yet to hear any rumors which usually comes out prior to when they move on.

I’d have to imagine an OC gets hired this week. Gleeson and Harasymiak were both hired within a week after New Years Day.
