"They are learning the new system from coach McDaniels who is not an easy guy to play for. He likes the little details.
"It is definitely the little details that we have to execute. Coach McDaniels is a high detail guy, he likes things being pretty much perfect. He is moving guys around. There are lot of different mismatch changes, we are trying to create mismatches on defense and just a high tempo offense."
