Is gameday parking really $30?

Went to the UVA game today. The parking is indeed $5 and they give you a card to scan the QR code to pay. But their place is a morgue. No one stands up during the game.

For many years I have parked in the green lot for bb games. This season I decided to park in the APC deck. It's definitely faster getting in with a shorter walk to the arena, however getting out has often taken 15-20 minutes.
How has it been leaving the green lot this year? Need to make a decision for next season.

I'm in green. I have 130 priority points, but I don't know what the minimum is to get in the lot.
