First thing that came to mind as we would've never seen that in the Schiano era. He would've used it as a teachable moment and make sure that it never happened again.
The attention to detail has been something that's been completely removed during the flood error you can see the effect in many aspects all across the program

No learning from errors, no attention to detail and most of all no consequences. Throw six interceptions? You'll keep playing if you're my guy. No accountability.
