This has been discussed and there probably is no definitive answer.
But you hear alot of out of state recruits saying " I cant wait to see Rutgers"..
Where alot of in state recruits have seen RU a million times and are not as pumped about the school..
Im not claiming to have the answer but maybe we should play a little more hard to get when it comes to having these kids on campus...
Im not advocating pulling back on our recruiting efforts..We need to be in contact with these kids conststantly. We need to outwork other schools.
But maybe make a vist to RU feel a little more special by limiting the unofficial visits?
