To me she's been very quiet.
To me an AD will be judged by the hires made in the revenue sports. She had an opportunity to fire Flood in the last year of Bigeast and didn't. That was a low point for me, as I don't think Flood is the answer long-term.

But I'm willing to wait a yr or so more to see who she hires. That will determine if she was a good hire or not.
