They have two totally different roles right now. Just watch the games, it is clear that Kiss' role is to set up on the 3 point line to help spread the defense. His role is to move around the court to different spots. Many times you will see Kiss just standing there spacing the floor.
I don't even remember seeing plays run to get Kiss open for shots right now...in part, that is a failure of the half court offensive sets.
