Johnson Park Arrival Time

Planning on tailgating in Johnson Park directly across from the stadium for the Nebraska game.

1. How early do I need to get there to be certain of getting a spot?
2. How early will they let me enter the grassy area and park?

I've shown up between 12:30 and 1 for both late big games this year and was within the first 25 vehicles in the lot.
