or total lack of consistently displayed by Flood. I'm not an insider or have any visibility on how decisions are made at RU but one thing is clear, Flood has shown a consistent trend of making bad judgement calls. Following are some of the key points on this:

- The latest with Barnwell which led to his 3 game suspension, after reading that report, shows total lack of judgement.
- choice of having Rossi as his DC, seems totally overmatched, playing Cover 2 the entire game against WSU without ever blitzing, I know we were 1 dropped interception from winning the game, game shouldn't have been close to start with
- When started pulling offers when a committed kid when on another visit, this led to major decommits and class meltdown, Flood has shown that he has learned from his mistakes on this
- His stuborness on playing his starting QB no matter how bad they are doing, think about Nova last year
- I hope Laviano proves me wrong, but you have Rettig who I believe has a higher ceiling and a stronger arm and refusing to use him, I just don't understand

Watching the CLUB ICE video, it was great to see the team bonding and having Flood in the ICE buckets with the team, I don't think your going to see Urban Meyer or Nick Saban be at CLUB ICE with their team. Seems he wants to be their friend more than their Head Coach.

I was a Coach Flood supporter and thought he had turned the page but as they say, "A leopard never changes his spots" and I'm afraid Flood is who he is and I don't think he's going to change.

It's all about the money, there is a reason why Flood is ranked 75th among Div I coaches in terms of salary. I think he may be in top 3 lowest paid HC in Power 5 conference. We are cheap, we are not going to make any changes, what as a fan can you do but support this team. We can bitch and whine all we want, nothings going to change at least until his contract is up. I will go and root like hell for this team for the rest of the year and give them my 100% support. I may not be happy with the decisions being made but I can't control them and I can only hope that people in power see what I am seeing. I for one am hoping to be pleasantly surprised tomorrow but if not, as a long RU fan, it's just another day and hope maybe one day.

His salary is base on a new HC that didn't have any experience as a HC. He has to prove himself and until he really proves himself, he won't get the big increase. At this point, 70-80% of fans don't have much confidence in him.

This thread reminds me of a sign I saw over the entrance to a kitchen at a restaurant:

"Don't question the cook's judgement."

OK, but how about his spelling?
