I don't know why he is so butthurt by Ash losing football games. By all accounts he's a fine football coach and elite defensive coordinator. Perhaps he wasn't ready to be a head coach but at least he was able to work with Hobbs and get some much needed upgrades done to our facilities and gave Schiano a roster of hungry kids to build off of. I don't want to defend Ash because his record was terrible and had no offensive identity but I firmly believe he left Rutgers better than he found it. Flood had abandoned ship on 2015 and 2016 recruiting. Hard to get going with 2 lost years.
